CHEAP AND TERRIBLE MADE

I'm finally using this for the 4th of July recipe and it's so cheap, flimsy and horribly made I'm throwing it in the trash. Lesson learned, use the product as soon as you receive it as I would return it in a heartbeat and it's on me. Worst purchase ever at Revain!

Pros
  • Ergonomic Design: With thoughtful handles and an ergonomic trigger system, we can make beautiful cookies, cakes or ice cream without using a lot of hand strength. We can comfortably use it in the right or left hand.
Cons
  • Quality

Easy to use with special tools and gadgets

I've recently started making cookies from almond flour which have become my favorites and I needed a small cookie scoop to keep them the same size. I've never used a cookie scoop so can't compare it to others, but it was easy to use. I have perfect sized cookies. After using it, I quickly rinsed it and tossed it in the dishwasher, everything came out clean. I've only used it once but I'm happy with this purchase.

Pros
  • Built to last: always new! Unlike other inferior stainless steel, 18/8 stainless steel cutters will not chip or discolor. You can be assured of the safety and durability of this kitchen tool. Easy to clean, dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
Cons
  • Reliability

Not as strong as expected

Well I bought this as an ice cream scoop but I suspect it will not be strong enough for hard frozen ice cream due to its design. Many seem to use it for cookies, but this surprises me a little since the volume of one ball is more than 5 tablespoons. I bake cookies a lot and a medium sized cookie takes about 1 tablespoon. This makes monster-sized cookies (not that there's anything wrong with that :). I've seen it's good for muffins or cupcakes. Edit: After finally trying this scoop on real ice…

Pros
  • Top quality: bucket made of 18/8 food grade stainless steel. It does not release chemicals into food. Strive for high quality products, the thickness of our cookie spoon is 1mm. The professional chef's choice for baking.
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something
