Description of HUAWEI Watch GT 2 46mm Smart Watch, Matt Black Sport
- - Screen 46mm, AMOLED, color reproduction, in a word - gorgeous. If poor eyesight is ideal without straining the eyes. There is no bezel protection around the perimeter, but even in those moments when you touch the refrigerator door, bumps do not remain (unless, of course, you specifically rub them "on a file") - speaker and microphone You hear, you are heard. Class! The volume is adjusted either: 1. by dragging the slider with your finger (using the sensor) 2. Or by SINGLE pressing the physical buttons (so that it "holds and goes" - that's not how "it" works) - Waterproof Hold. But there is no special "water blocking" mode. Those. a simple water pressure can be easily perceived as a 'swipe', thus you can turn on something, and it will be a 'surprise' for you. But in the "Training" mode, there is such a function. - Strap I had experience with Samsung and with TicWatch, Apple Watch, Mi Band, Honor Band - and so here is one of the best straps. After the apple, of course. Despite its "old-fashioned" mechanism, it fastens with "one-two". The material is also very pleasant. - Battery Tuesday 100%, Friday 15-20%. Every day morning workout 30-45 minutes, maximum brightness, On Always Display (read about it below💩), notifications, sometimes calls. TOTAL: charge "1.5 times" in a week — Phone search I reflected this parameter since there were often problems with the clock described above specifically with this function. It works like clockwork here (except for the moment in the review) 😀 – Side buttons I was afraid that they would rest against the brush during push-ups. (I had experience with TicWatch) I worried in vain. Zero discomfort.
- - Music It seems like it is, but in fact it is NOT. When you turn on any audio track on your phone, the clock is silent. The player does not turn on automatically. When you hook on the headphones, they create a pair ONLY WITH THE WATCH, while the smartphone does not participate in this "trio". And vice versa. Phone-headphones OR headphones-watch. And they have only one melody and nothing more. (I read on the Internet you can add your own music via Android, but this is not about that! ) Why does the player not automatically turn on when playing music on the phone? WHY? !) 💩 - GPS and training modes Constant falling off while running. I run out, start the training mode, there is a SEARCH, I run ~ 1km - I raise my wrist, and there is the main "watch face". And it happened exactly 3 times. At the moment I caught GPS, and then turned off after some 3-5 minutes . The clock has been ated to the latest version. All this speaks of an unstable / low-power GPS module. The software has nothing to do with it. Once I decided to work out ONLY through the Huawei Health app on my phone (I didn’t turn on anything on the watch). After training, the result was NOT even SYNCHRONIZED with the “RECORDS” tab on the watch. 👎 - Messages and contacts Not only is the phone book completely out of sync, there is a maximum of 10 favorite contacts. Also, messages disappear immediately, you only need to open the notification tab once (swipe from below) and clear it. It is also impossible to selectively "swipe" notifications. Only ALL AT ONCE, - this is very good. uncomfortable 💩 — E-shop He is not here. You are limited to ONLY NATIVE APPS that come out of the box. - AOD (On Always Display) It is here, but it works again in a truncated way. If it is on, then when you raise your wrist, the time and date "stupidly" become a little brighter, while the working dial (with the main icons) does not flare up (for this, you need to press your finger on the display, or poke one of the physical buttons on the end). - No voice assistant Why isn't he here? To build a SPEAKER and a MICROPHONE into the clock, while depriving such a necessary chip is a shame.
- Autonomy of work Appearance Ability to answer calls Smartphone connection quality
- Operating system speed Quantity and quality of dials The strap is not the most comfortable, but it is replaceable
- I liked the appearance of the watch right away, the autonomy time is also sufficient, charging is worthy of a separate plus, it consists of a tablet with a usb-c connector, which allows you not to carry a bunch of wires with you on trips, but use your phone to charge. charges quickly. Special praise for the case materials, despite the harsh conditions, not a single scratch is still visible. recent ates have pleased - now the weather forecast can be viewed for the week and by the hour for today. a definite trigger for the purchase was the presence of lung saturation function. All the same, it’s just out of breath or it’s time to run to covidnik, it’s better to know in advance. the sleep assessment function turned out to be a nice bonus, it made me think and take measures to improve. I read a couple of good tips in the recommendations. Excellent phone search function, plus there is a notification when the signal is lost, which also allows you not to forget the phone on the desktop)
- often does not respond to buttons the first time. The latest ate is a little better, but not perfect. Specifically, my watch has a disgusting barometer. all fluctuations from 970 to 1020 mmHg. step count is taken by itself. for example, in the morning you can see both 500 and 700 steps without getting out of bed, during the day they of course somehow correlate with the real one, but the count is like a finger in the sky. Really lacks full-fledged NFC. it is in the watch, and it can even be used as a label, but then further . out of nitpicking, there are a small number of options for the always on display mode and there is no way to upload your own.
- They look fashionable enough, they count steps, notifications from the phone.
- Bulky, clingy, easy to scratch, slows down the software sometimes.
- Great watch, keeps its charge really well; I get at least two weeks of use out of it if I turn off the function that automatically updates the time as I move my wrist. An good option for physical fitness training; I use it for daily jogging; it has a GPS tracker and the ability to manage my music player; and it performs all of the traditional duties of a fitness bracelet fairly accurately, including counting steps, monitoring heart rate, tracking physical activity throughout the day, and so on. It's intriguing to keep track of everything at first, but then you realize that you don't really need it because you already have a general idea of what things are and how much they cost. Due to the fact that I do not always have access to my phone, I find it useful to have the capability to receive notifications of incoming calls and messages in addition to the capacity to respond within a few hours.
- There are so few of them that the only disadvantage is that they cannot communicate in 2022. However, this disadvantage has an upside as well: it forces you to become more conversant in the English language.
- What matters to me, in order of importance: 1) Prolonged workday 2) Good looks that are not plastic 3) A solid Bluetooth connection 4) An excellent screen 5) A audible alert vibration and loud speakers 6) Relatively affordable
- What matters to me, in order of importance: 1) The phone doesn't beep when you move away from it 2) No safety goggles or film covering the screen
- I haven't yet discovered the perfect dial for me, but it appeared to have autonomy, design, and utility.
- There is just one clock-related program, and the most recent version is not available on the market; you must get it from Huawei. There are various issues with using third-party services as a result of Huawei being blocked in the USA; most recently, Google Fit synchronization has stopped working. The information are on 4pda, and you must register Huawei Hatred through either China or Europe.
