The most important thing about this product is that it has been able to integrate all my different types of accounts into one place, so I do not have any problems when using multiple account reconciliation programs! It took me some time at first because there are lots going in terms or features but once you get used everything starts working smoothly again :) Nothing really specific yet for now! I like the fact that Solarisbank is able to access my bank accounts in order for me to have the ability to make deposits or withdrawals, which has been an issue for many years prior. It seems as if there were issues with the software but they are fixing it rather quickly which I am glad about. The customer service team can be very helpful when you need assistance. The ease of use, no coding required for development is great! Also they are very responsive when it comes time to implement changes or enhancements that we need from them as customers/clients (we're an online bank). I wish there was more integration between their mobile apps vs just web-based access which can be confusing at times but overall its been pretty good so far. We have used this product in conjunction with other software solutions such as Xero & Sage Payroll - all integrated together
