but it is an excellent solder paste

The profile is still adjusted, but this is a great solder paste. Very few solder balls. excellent wetting and flowability. The profile needs some tweaking to get the right one. Make sure you give enough pre-bake to cook the flux.

Pros
  • Soldering and Soldering Accessories
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Difficult to print compared to other T3 pastes.

Very advantageous compared to similar pastes. It won't be good enough for a stencil that I can do QFN, having done a much finer step than with other T3 pastes. We only have to defer this for basic structures.

Pros
  • Solder and flux
Cons
  • Long delivery time

excellent material in welding and soldering

as advertised. The pasta was fresh enough to meet my expectations. It had a sticker that said "Expires February 20, 2020," half a month less than a year after purchase. I like the expiration date sticker. I was glad to find it here on Revain.

Pros
  • welding and soldering
Cons
  • i will add later

This paste has a high melting point and takes a long time to melt, but forms a high-strength bond to the circuit board. The best application is used for components that have high shear forces, such as B. connectors or buttons. I recommend this for SMD components due to the high temperatures required and the low flexibility of the paste (difficult to apply).

Pros
  • Tools and Housewares
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks

reflow in the toaster; What more can you ask for?

I use this paste both stenciled and freehand. Does what it's supposed to, very good, fair price, made in USA/Canada. It's not the lowest melting point on the market, but it's okay. The key comparison is whether it can melt in your toaster oven. Maybe (430F vs. usually 450-500F). The temperature is low enough that it can be easily managed with an air gun. Expect some practice to get the most reliable, strongest, fine-pitch (0.5mm) connections. I recommend watching a video about the pasta…
