Not enough hose to connect to the filler neck, not only is the ball valve leaking, the fuel starts to spill even faster when it overflows. I lost $200 in diesel fuel as a result. I ignored the previous warning and reviews and paid the price.

So far, so good. Installed yesterday, everything works great. Fits my 2007 Ram 3500 very well. Please note that if you have a bed liner depending on your tank you will need to rest your elbow on the tank and route the fuel line somewhere other than directly from the tank. I used a piece of 3/4 heater hose to protect the fuel line that goes through the back of the truck.

This horrible product had to pay the mechanic twice to install it. The first has been leaking since installation. The company did not respond to my email regarding the issue. I had to buy a whole new set to get the valuable part. I had to pay for the installation again. Works worse than the first. Douse the whole car with fuel. Don't buy this junk! I would give negative stars if there were any.

After using it, I have 2 problems. 1 - My fuel gauge does not show exactly when there is fuel in the auxiliary tank. 2-- I filled up the main tank and the auxiliary tank the day before the trip. When I woke up and was ready to go, I was leaking diesel fuel from under the skid plate under the fuel tank. Is it because it filled the factory breather tube? I would like to know what to do to solve these problems, driving off-road without a fuel gauge sucks.

Combined with the optional 50 gallon RDS diesel tank, it has greatly extended our range when towing our RV, literally eliminating the need to worry about getting to the nearest gas station in the middle of nowhere. Speaking of the installation process, I paid my local diesel engine shop to do the job but they didn't complain and came right down to the lowest price of their installation, so I don't think they encountered any problems.

I bought this product instead of assembling it myself thinking it would be easier. But after installation the ball valve started to leak and even very cheap clamps started to weaken and leak. I feel like for the price they could have used better quality hose clamps and a better designed ball valve assembly. I would recommend that you buy the parts individually and don't waste your money on these cheap parts.

What can I say Great kit for the job, the only thing I would recommend is that the hose is more UV resistant and/or a special one section has. which is coated in such a way that UV light does not split it. Had mine installed for a few months now does its job well, I replaced my ball valve so I can get a 90° elbow this way with a larger knob but the rest still does its job well, I recommend just to make the tubing more pliable so it can also stand in the sun as I had to throw a rag over the…
