Flexible steel plate with high chromium content, easy to bend and clean. Much easier to remove prints and avoid damages during the process, especially for small prints. Good corrossion resistance and prevent rust. Brushed surface provides better adhesion, ensure a perfect print. !!Please adjust the z limit switch after installation. It should be 2.7mm higher. That means the printing height will be reduced about 2.7mm. You can print a spacer to compensate the difference. If you do not receive instrucstions coming with the product, please refer to the last 2 pictures we listed on the product webpage which contains instructions in details. Any other questions or issues about the product please feel free to contact us. The magnetic base offers powerful magnetics, ensure perfect fit with steel plate. The adhesive has strong viscosity and good adhesive at low temperature to make it hard to fall off after bonding with platform. The two easy lift tabs(handles) make it easier to remove the steel plate from the magnetic base. The spare steel plate can achieve continuous printing, restart printing before you start cleaning the first, save your time.

The lack of any instructions made this more difficult than it should have been.

Plates received in plain packaging in the box with nothing written other than the Revain packing list. So I watched the installation video on the product page and it was easy to install. After dozens of failed prints and a few horrible moments of my mono making horrible grinding noises when aligning, I realized that you need to print a shim to add to your machine before mounting it on the build plate. They could have included a super cheap piece of paper stating this and directing people toโ€ฆ

Superman is no longer the only one bending steel

There are so many features of printing that you won't know until you start. The print height determines the print time. Flat parts should be printed at an angle or directly onto the plate. Remove supports after cleaning but before curing. This point touches on some of the more painful ones. Have you ever tried building against a slab? It's very similar to trying to get him out of the ball game. Have you ever printed with tightly grouped media? The spatula will never get there unless you let goโ€ฆ

A magnet came off, couldn't stand it, the other poured black dirt. Details below:

So, now. The first time I cleaned the record very well, let it dry and then attached the magnetic pad. I aligned and then did a test print. The print failed because it did not stick to the plate. So I took the plate off and cleaned it up and then sanded it down with coarse sandpaper. I cleaned the vat and then tried another test print and it worked great and the print came out with no issues. So I thought yeah it works, it's great. I made another push, and. it went wrong. Everything seemedโ€ฆ
