Added silicone to the hooks.

Did what people recommend, added some silicone to the hooks to avoid scratching my bike. Thank you to the customers who provided this advice.

Worked for me! Best in Bike Storage

I read a lot of reviews and gritted my teeth and got this one, although some people said it didn't work for them. Well I can say it worked for my daughter's 24 inch Walmart mountain bike. We traveled terribly bumpy stretches of Route 94 from Minnesota to Montana.

For large bikes in the sports department

Make sure it fits your bike as it is quite long. The forks are very big. So if you use them on small frame stems and seatposts it will be difficult to get the bike onto a bike rack as you are sitting with the fork in the cradle and not the stem area. unit revolution. It's annoying when I actually mount it on a car rack. For 29" big frame bikes I'm not sure it might work for them. Not for me.

Cons
  • Not bad

For hanging only! Not for the street.

The thing is held by rubber bands. It doesn't even stay in a fixed position. The warning label on the product states: DO NOT use straps on this adapter. Those of you riding down the street with your bike strapped on. You are not responsible if anything happens. It's funny. This is advertised with a picture showing the straps attached to this adapter. We will definitely return it.

  • Indoor bike storage
