Spectre Performance Polished Profile Single Review

I was surprised to find it is made from beautifully cast and polished aluminium. It fits my jeep grand cherokee perfectly.

Good underhood clearance for my swap which is still in development, would like to see it with 3 inputs instead of 4 but on options with less limited ground clearance

I used this on my 1961 Corvette when my FI was rebuilt. Very minimal ground clearance with a 1406 carburetor. This is the perfect answer, fits like a dream and looks great. The quality is excellent. The throat gets narrower, but at full throttle it does NOT run out of air. Thanks

I bolted it to the original stock by cutting off the lip on either side of the flexible stock tube and the 4" to 3.5" adapter to go to the 3.5" "Intake pipe" to get to this pipe screw j Works fantastic, no rubbing on the hood and no need to remove the heat shield.

I use this on a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee ZJ with a 5.9 Magnum engine. (Works with 5.2 too) The Grands' factory air cap is fragile, to say the least. It's bigger in every way, but still understated and doesn't bang on the hood. The only thing I had to get was a larger mounting bolt since it is larger than the factory air cap. Perfect for my 1998 Grand Cherokee V8. No hood modifications are required and I even have a throttle body gasket. The stock ZJ throttle body has an offset inlet screw, so I made an S-bend inlet screw out of a piece of threaded rod I found at a hardware store. This Specter air intake bolts up nice and clean and outperforms OEM plastic covers and aftermarket plastic air intakes.
