Ideal for metal/concrete lathe Sheetrock

Ideal for use with metal lathe and drywall for concrete. The hole is rough and kickback may occur, but so for products that burn through regular hole saws. Use regular wood and blueboard hole saws.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Crumpled

Great hole saw for power and hand tools

Great hole saw, cuts very quickly, core is easy to remove and looks reasonably well made. A big advantage is that the price is comparable to a traditional bi-metal hole saw. Given what it will cut through, even getting even an extra hole over what standard saws offer would be a huge benefit to me.

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Some bugs

Beware of kickback

good tool, good design, not suitable for what i do. We bought this to cut holes in a high density polyethylene barrel for plants. I'm older and a little frail, but my 1/2" drill flew across the room - luckily no damage or injuries. My very healthy child tried it too. He thinks it's only suitable for drill presses. At least in hdpe it requires more than human power. (Eventually I used Rotozip with a barrel attachment - imperfect but manageable.)

Pros
  • handy item
Cons
  • so far so good
