Fixed pulsing brakes.

This rotor design eliminates brake pulsation and associated fork chatter under hard braking. Installed on Kona Jake the Snake to replace the stock Hayes rotor.

Ideal for sport

2014 XO Trail OEM rotor replaced with this newer version. Perfect fit and reliable stop. Don't forget to install new pads and brake discs just before your first ride.

I ride DH pretty seriously and had to bleed the rear brake.

Very impressed. I ride the DH pretty seriously and have had to bleed the rear brake after every ride with the mammoth on the HS1 180mm. Ran it on DH for about 100 miles, still good and solid, not overheating.

Pros

Cons
  • Low repairability

100% satisfied good for sport

I received my SRAM brake discs today, they came in original SRAM packaging with hardware. I installed both rotors at the same time, although I didn't even have to adjust the calipers. 100% Satisfied The only thing that would make this purchase even better would be a free sticker 👽

Pros
  • sport and outdoor
Cons
  • some small things

The crazy turkey howl is gone!

This time SRAM has really improved its performance on the rotors. The dreaded deafening whine of the Avid HS rotors has been eliminated. I've ridden these things in mud, creeks and loose dust and may have heard a few tiny squeaks under braking, but they always stop once the pads have made a few revolutions on the disc. squealing downhill, loudly announcing how scared you are and how often you hit the brakes. Combine them with the new Guide brakes and you have a phenomenal combination. Great…

Pros
  • Sport
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly
