It's amazing how much they stabilize a heavy load. They need several weeks of driving to soften. But besides breaking-in, they really inspire confidence when towing or towing.

Makes the ride terrible. I ended up removing the gasket where it wouldn't touch in normal riding but would help under load. It's a paid setup like this.

I have read the reviews where helpful and was unsure whether to order the Blue, Yellow or Black hardness. I knew I wasn't going to install the 1" washer that came with the kit, I just installed the base plate with rubber, and yes it's a little harder to get to one side of the screws to unscrew them to install, but it wasn't a big deal. Bought the 1000 (-40) version, didn't use a spacer, it made the ride stiffer but not bad at all. more like a delivery truck. I had about 1/4 inch clearance from the contact pad, I brought firewood to friends and they rode fine. Overall I'm impressed with the Sumo nibs just have to see how well they last, hopefully for a very long time. Time .

Have these to reduce camber on my truck when using my caravan, we have only used them locally so far but plan on making a big trip in the future.
