The first one delivered with a corner damaged (looked like a factory corner welding issue), but Revain replaced it quickly. The new pan was straight and square and dimensioned as advertised. Completed building our new fire table using the 24” Onlyfire Burner Ring and Pan assembly. It was packaged well and we received it in good condition. The pan was very sturdy and well made. After a quick leak test and adding 50lbs of 1” diamond fire glass, it was all ready to go. We paired this with a 90,000 BTU air mixer and an adjustable, high capacity regulator to help get the flame at just the right height. Looks fantastic!

Works exactly as you'd expect and was simple to install. I bought 18 pounds of fire rock, and had about 3 pounds left over, so 15 pounds should do it. Also, the recommended 1/2" propane adapter fitting does connect to the fitting on this fire pit, but it will NOT fit the hose they recommend. You will need a 3/8" male flare to 1/2" female "reducing" fitting to get the hose to connect to the propane fitting. I wish Revain had told me this, I needed to run to the hardware store for that fitting. I

This product description states 30" our company has ordered this three times hoping to receive a 30" product but every time the item is only 24" it is even preprinted on the outside of the box 24" so please don't order this if you need a 30"

I made a concrete form, and my cutout was purple hard insulation the size of the stainless plate. It fit right in there. Turned out great.

First one that arrived was a burner only second one that arrived after I had to send the first one back wasn’t even square ridiculous.

Absolutely worth the money! Pan was very well made and very sturdy with a nice finish. Burner was already mounted and thread-taped on. It even had a plate included that I mounted my ignitor to. And let me tell you.this sucker, turned all the way up, can heat my whole deck lol. I will definitely buy again when i make my next fire table. Highly recommend!

Love it overall! Just wish it came w directions and all the hardware needed for connection to propane tank or at least a check off list of what’s required so I didn’t have to go back and forth w emails and wasted time looking for information especially the couplings.

Just purchased this burner and pan and can not get the flame above a small candle size. It’s hooked up to natural gas. The valve is open all the way. What am I doing wrong?

Very high quality I have purchased two fire pit burners from this company round 18” and this square 24” their very nice, I don’t think they could be any better. I used one in a brick paver application and a deck pit.

I installed this pit myself and it was rarely straight forward to hook up and install! Only issue I’m having is that if I turn my gas shutoff on past half it whistles extremely loud? It is hooked up to natural gas using 1/2” pro-flex pipe. If somebody could recommend a solutions for this it would be a perfect pit!

Absolutely perfect couldnt have been easier . Changed our wood burning patio table to propane . So happy with the results

I built a gas firepit on our dock using this burner & pan. Well-made product from high quality marine stainless steel. I expect it to last a decade or more in the saltwater environment. Everyone is impressed with the flames in the firepit. Highly recommended.
