I think if you expect stainless steel marine fittings to be well made then you should spend more! Very light construction, much more fragile than I expected. Glad they're cheap.

This is a great looking fastener. I needed something attached to the extendable wooden table to secure it. It was hard to find something that works at a 90 degree angle. That was excellent. Easy to install and keep strong. The only thing I would like to say is that there are no instructions or screws for assembly. Be sure to purchase screws at your local hardware store. Also look at the picture on the side to understand how the two ends are connected.
