Great tool - better yet, free if you know how

The ability to use my phone number as an email address makes it easy for me to send emails from anywhere in the world- no need to pay per message or worry about running out of messages! I wish there was more flexibility when setting up filters/rules so that we could set them once and not have to go back every time something changes at our organization (ie new executives come onboard). It is great because it's very simple but also allows us to keep things organized without having tons of folders

Pros
  • Keeps track records
  • Easy interface; intuitive layout with plenty options available, lots o room left over if you want even MORE functionality.
  • Can be used via mobile device
  • Doesn’t require any software installation
Cons
  • Empty

Great Tool, Easy To Use & Excellent Customer Service

It's easy to use for tracking different stakeholder emails or calls/meetings as well as creating documents that are tracked in one place! The interface is not very intuitive - it requires some learning which takes time but once learned works great!! We have used this tool since we started working at our current organization (over 10 years now). This has been my favorite way of keeping organized records about who I meet with when where etc.. The best thing about StakeTracker is that it is very…

Pros
  • Easy access from many devices
  • Great customer support team.
  • Ability make notes, attach files & add tags easily while you're meeting / emailing your stakeholders without leaving out anything important during those meetings.
Cons
  • Not always user friendly
  • Some features require more training
