I bought this starter just over a year ago and it's already bad. Contacted the company, they can not replace. Spend $100 more and buy from a parts store that will give you a lifetime warranty. At first glance the quality seems to be there, but it isn't.

Even though my truck won't start, this product still has a five star rating. The truck starts quite well, of course, but this is a 6.0-litre Ford and we all know it starts when it wants to or it will take hours to diagnose. The starter itself is great.

I don't get any compensation. I installed this starter myself on my 2003 f350 6.0 diesel, easy to install, looks almost identical to the original which still runs but due to intermittent problems this starter revs the engine faster than the original but had 190,000 miles on it I am happy

I strongly recommend anyone looking for a new starter not to buy this one. This happened after about 10 uses. It was fully installed and installed correctly. And then one day I hear a crunch and he broke his ear on the starter and he was chewing on my flywheel. So do yourself a favor and buy a good, guaranteed starter from the aftermarket.

This new starter didn't even make it on the road. I was remodeling the top of my 6.0 and decided to replace the starter motor while I had the cab removed. Long story short, the starter motor worked 3 times during the testing phases after everything was put back together, but it didn't work during the road test. My money was wasted as I needed a useless starter as a core when I bought a replacement. I cannot recommend this starter.
