Stop Flat Tire Liner

The Stop Flat Tire Liner looks like a quality product. We've had it on the bike for a few weeks now and so far so good. It seems wider and better built than some of the ones I've seen.

Tapering method for MTB protection max 1.5 " for 2.125 " tires

Designed for 2.125" MTB tires. The tape is only 1.5" wide and the reinforced main area is likely only 1" wide. This is a type of taper to protect the tread. To add damage there is only one stripe for 1 tire. Only on top a 27.5 tire could fit (if I had one). Also, will the strip is made of a relatively soft material and doesn't seem much heavier than my Nobby Nic's body. The weight of a strip is 100g. I'll look elsewhere.

I suffered constantly from flat tires. More expensive tires have built-in protection, but they can be quite expensive. In fact, a pair of premium tires usually costs more than an entire bike at a department store. I started using a combination of these flat stops along with spike resistant tubing. Since…

The wider MTB version works just as well as the thinner road version

weird sidewall hole) After having a few punctures in my MTB tires I decided to try these wider versions. Just like the thinner road bike liners, they work great and have not been punctured since. They're slightly wider than thinner road bikes, with a clear stripe either side of the thicker inside (the colored part). pop a tire - but if you're not overly concerned you can just toss it between the tube and the tire and you're done. Touching the air in the chamber, the position of the chamber in…
