Bargain power tool parts and accessories

The price was too cheap to be the TOP quality. But they seem to be of good quality. Each of them is housed in an individual, reusable protective case.πŸ‘

Pros
  • Suitable for thick board, solid wood, MDF, chipboard, etc.
Cons
  • Upgrades

Worth the money

are well constructed and cut nicely, but the 1/4" template cutter is just over 3/8". Keep in mind that if you're actually using it for wildcard routing, your template might be too thin to use with.

Pros
  • Blade material: YG6 carbide; Body Material: 45# carbon steel, produces smooth cuts.
Cons
  • Wrinkled Pack Bits

Make sure the set screw is tight.

Overall the cutters are good. They ensure a nice clean cut. My only issue was that the set screw in one of the bits came out after a bit of use. I grabbed a set screw from one of the other bits and continued.

Pros
  • Coated to prevent build-up of wood chips, tar and asphalt.
Cons
  • Only available in black

Good product for short term use but will not last long

If you are looking to invest in a better set then this is for you. If you plan on using them constantly, they will become dull and break. For their original purpose, they were sharper and more powerful than expected.

Pros
  • Suitable for chipboard, solid wood, MDF, chipboard etc.
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Garbage. 2 pieces of wood broken.

The tiny screw holding the bearing falls out of the yoke when cutting. The bearing then climbs up the shaft and ruins the cut. If I could leave those zero stars I would. A defective product cost me ten times what I paid for and none of the bits finished cutting before they broke.

Pros
  • 1/4" flat end mill with bearing, suitable for deburring and grooving.
Cons
  • A newer model could have been chosen
