🔧 Strong Hand Tools 8-Inch Mig Welding Pliers: Nozzle Cleaner, Rounded Hammer Face, Vinyl Coated Handle - PM08 Welper, Ergonomic Design Review

Have been using it for a few weeks now. Strong and I like the feel of the handles. The coarse file on the outside edge is great for removing spatter. Lowered it to 4 because one of the handles is already slipping off. Not that I expect it will stay there forever, but far too soon it will slip away.

I've seen a lot of bad reviews about mig pliers. Normally I would choose a brand I know but the reviews were too bad to ignore. I'm so glad I went with them instead. These are quality pliers. The jaws are perfectly aligned and feel firm and strong in my hand. They will remain in my cart but I may order another pair for my tool bag.

I've just bought my first MiG so I needed the simplest one. After watching YouTube videos I started buying supplies. I had no idea how useful they would be. The pliers seem to work as they should. Nice feel and weight. The only thing I would like are springs to hold it open and then a way to hold it closed with a lever. Like most secateurs.Ed-G

Bought this welding tool for work. What I really like about this tool are the grooves on the outside of the gun head that allow me to scrape debris off the nozzle of the welding gun. I love the chain it comes with and I can attach it to the belt loop so I don't lose the tool or put it out of reach. Very durable and strong. I recommend this product to anyone who wants to buy MiG welding guns.

I use it to knock the crap out of my nozzles and I use it like a hammer to break the spatter off with my chisel. However, having a file on the outside of an alligator's nose is not particularly helpful. This scratches the inside of my nozzle, causing more spray to stick to it. But it is still well puped. I broke my last one trying to cut the contact tip in half in desperation lol. So I got this one and it's pretty solid.

These pliers quickly became my favourite. I know they are primarily for Mig, but I usually use them to de-slag off 7018 welding rods after welding. Part is separated from inside. They are very strong and I even use them to hold things while I'm welding so they've been subject to a lot of electrical shock and damage and haven't broken like some needle nose pliers.
