Love this product a lot. Everything installed with no problems and it holds all my knives with good magnetic force. I received 2 packs thinking I need the second one but I haven't had to install it yet. The only knife missing from my picture is my Kelf knife.

Was hoping to put them in the tool box drawer for screwdriver security. The magnets are not strong enough for the round shafts to hold them securely when opening and closing the drawer. This allows for too many screwdriver movements. But for flatter items like knives and scissors with large surfaces, it held securely. I'll pin them to the store wall for random metal items that don't have a home. Although it didn't do what I was hoping for, I still think it's a good product for the price.

Overall I like the smooth lines of these magnetic knife strips. However, there is only a thin strip of plastic holding the object to the wall. Overtighten, just a little, and your mount won't be secure anymore. I had to remove both, put a washer on the front of the units and put them back in. This resulted in 2 spots on each bar not working with knives as the auger profile now sticks out higher than the magnet bar. After painting our kitchen I liked the clean look of the walls so I decided to place them to the side of the fridge next to our work table. The knife stands are very heavy and thick so that the knives hang straight and do not stick out. They stay on the front of the fridge with a smooth finish. The sides are textured and the knife bar stays in place until you place knives on it, then it slides down. I put double sided tape on one and now it stays in place. I used the included screws to mount this magnetic knife holder. That was my first mistake. All four screw heads did NOT fit into the holes in the knife holder. The screw heads were too small and went straight through the pre-drilled holes in the bracket. Not only did they not fit, ALL FOUR SCREWS WERE REMOVED while trying to install. I had to find my own screws from my tool box to hang this knife holder. Weak screws, bad design. See attached picture. I bought two (2), only need one (1). I wish…

Looks great! Strong magnets for my knives. Well, lie down. Please note: due to negative reviews of plastic anchors I used my own metal anchors with longer screws and they worked very well. Very durable

This is just what I need to get two large knife blocks off the counter. They were easy to install, but I have to agree with others that hard plastic gets brittle when installed. I dropped one about 3 feet onto the linoleum and the corner snapped off. The defect was hidden after installation, so it's not a big deal. I find the magnets strong enough to hold my heaviest butcher knives. I would buy it again. Very important.
