Perfect for what I needed

Only issue I had was figuring out how to cut it to length. hint: a hacksaw works, just stick the cable in a vice. Turned this into two 5' loops to go around trees, and 10 and 12' sections to run from trees to sunshade. Had enough left over to redo one if I made an error (I didn't) and just enough connectors to do what I wanted. Happy this is available in multiple lengths so I was able to buy enough in one package.

Pros
  • TANG
Cons
  • Durability concerns

Rope connecting the shade did not hold up.

I really like the shade, but would recommend buying a sun shade steel wire rope aircraft cable package. With the wind, the rope frayed a few weeks after putty if up.

Pros
  • 50 feet galvanized wire rope with 8 piece wire clamps.
Cons
  • High cost

Put up sails like a pro

This is a great kit to secure sails. No stretch, so the sails stay taut. We had trouble cutting the cables, so make sure you've got something good on hand for that.

Pros
  • Just as described, works well! Easy to use!!
Cons
  • Limited color options

Looks good but I ended up not needing it.

I thought I would need it but I didn’t. The sail is actually 16” too big. With the coronavirus I didn’t want to risk exposure by waiting in line to return it. So it’s a waste of money. But it looks sturdy. 1 star subtracted due to Revain not answering their phones so I could had arranged to returned it by ups pickup.

Pros
  • wire rope 7x19 Cable, Breaking Strength 4,200 Lbs. Safety working with 850 pounds.
Cons
  • Improper installation could lead to safety hazards, including the kit dislodging or falling, endangering people or property.

Simple & Easy best in my review

This was perfect. We didn't want to use rope and have it end up breaking with time & sun. So, this is the way to go. That's my review.

Pros
  • Nice beefy cable, should last a long time. Cable ties are also good quality.
Cons
  • Difficult installation process
