quality tool parts and accessories Power Finishing Tool

I have used them several times for metalworking, paint stripping, smoothing welds and fabricating, you can do a lot with a soft disc on an angle grinder

    Pros
    • Good product for its price
    Cons
    • Protection

    Doesn't last long

I decided to try this brand for the price but I immediately noticed that they don't last very well. It will do, but if you sand a lot I would suggest paying a little more for a better quality abrasive.

    Probably best for wood

Not very good, burns very quickly and the discs come off easily. I've used them for grinding steel, welds, etc. I've spent more time replacing discs than sanding, it would be good wood that's all, and removing rust.

    Pros
    • This is amazing
    Cons
    • Crumpled packaging

Sparks Fly for Power Finishing Tool Parts and Accessories

Fantastic Wheels! We use very similar models at work in an industrial tube factory. If you buy these be sure to buy a backing pad, or alternatively you can use a non-threaded mandrel sanding disc and then place the disc on top.

    Pros
    • Great Design
    Cons
    • Great Price

Crush him, not me! good for power finishing tool parts and accessories

They work great! Much cheaper than butterfly valves and last longer. We use very similar wheels in our work and they are excellent for beveling pipe. Make sure you buy a backing pad or use a flat grinding wheel with an unthreaded mandrel to keep the wheels flat. You can also place two blades back to back to round inside corners or smooth out details.

    Pros
    • Absolute Legend
    Cons
    • Expensive

    Good quality and good price

I have used them in various grits for sanding concrete when making concrete countertops. I find them very valuable and keep buying them when they run out. There are probably better quality discs out there, but I wouldn't classify them as an inferior product, more like a mid-range product at a great price. Worth it if you need sanding discs for all types of media.

    Pros
    • Easy to install
    Cons
    • Damaged

    Different kind of grinding.

I've always used different grades of flap discs and decided to try them out because I figured a flexible back plate would "mix" a little better than a traditional flap disc or abrasive disc. You absolutely can do it with them, and they serve pretty well considering what they're made of. They don't have a paddle wheel grind, not even a worn one, but it can be a money scam to have on hand. I've only used them in mild steel production.

    Pros
    • Solid surface
    Cons
    • Some minor issues
