Pressure Hoses exceed original equipment performance standards (SAE J2050) with a Max working pressure of 1, 500 psi a burst pressure rating of 8, 700 psi and a tensile strength of 1, 600 lb. This provides exceptional durability and long life. All tubing is manufactured from high grade Steel and electroplated with a zinc coating (chromium III), delivering superior corrosion and rust resistance against elements such as high humidity, road salt, water, and grime. Each Hose is precision engineered to exact fit and Includes brackets, grommets, switch ports, heat shields, bushings, and protective sleeves as required for to ensure that all wearable parts are restored to original condition. Every hose is subjected to a high pressure quality assurance test before leaving the factory, ensuring trouble free installation and operation of your new Hose. Hoses have an operating temperature range of -40 to 310 degrees Fahrenheit, exceeding original equipment requirements.

We installed this part in my wife's 2001 Honda Accord.

We installed this part on my wife's 2001 Honda Accord. Removing the old one and catching this one wasn't easy, but since installing it a few months ago we haven't had any problems with power steering fluid leaking.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Not bad

Not the worst set.

Good product but needs improvement. The bushings were glued to a stiff cord, which was good, but one was far away and the strong glue made it impossible to move over the one the cord was attached to (a very stiff setup). In addition, this hose only came with an O-ring for the end fitting, but nothing for the pressure switch, which has to be carried over from the old line. Not a bad product for the price though.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Very expensive

Looks good, fits well, build quality is good.

I was a little hesitant to buy it because sometimes the pictures don't quite match what you get. Why am I saying this; Because while the Accord and Odyssey share some of the same parts, they're not exactly the same, and that's very important in tight spaces like this pressure hose. The sensor connector on this hose is V-shaped like on the Accord, while the connector for the Odyssey is T-shaped. This alone can complicate the installation of the sensor and interfere with other cables and hoses…

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Frequency

Some modifications required.

This product is not quite curved as required for the 2000 Honda Accord v6. Some minor "modifications" to the bends have managed to eliminate any hard contact with the crossbar, return hose solid tube or firewall. This re-bending wasn't easy with the hose partially installed, but I decided not to risk damaging the assembly by removing the hose to guess and test the changes in the bends a few times. I manipulated a second kink from the flared end (at a smaller angle) and a small wiggle/kink just…

Pros
  • Hands Free Operation
Cons
  • Lots of Stuff
