Superb Wrench SPBW 1 Housing Diameter Review

My Aquasana pre-filter was recently re-torqued by an installer. Well, Mr. Plumber must have taken too long. Because a month later when I wanted to change my pre-filter I couldn't open it. Actually, I broke the hard plastic key that Aquasana gives you. I called Aquasana. They sent me two spare keys. I broke both! So I ordered this metal one. What a great article. Plastic keys are useless unless you buy 2-3 and glue them together. Another option was a large (really large) pair of pliers that would damage the case anyway. Use this in place of the weak black plastic SW-2 filter wrench that came with the filter as the plastic will bend when 'extra' torque is applied. If the filter housing has been overtightened, additional torque will be required.
