WOW. they do exactly what they are supposed to do. I have very heavy furniture but it works so well that I can easily move the furniture. Put them on any heavy furniture; makes tidying up and/or rearranging almost a pleasure. I can not live without her.

I wasted my money. I needed permanent glides for table legs. In the picture, the felt part appears to be separate from the black part, but it is not. They are thick and very difficult to cut. But the worst thing is that they don't stay in place and are therefore useless without the addition of glue. And the thick black part is ugly.

Suitable for things like dressers and bookshelves. VERY bad for sofas. I couldn't find any rounds and I was moving and needed them so I replaced these. Then I didn't take them off. When someone sits on the sofa, the sliders bend and deform. Finally found the round ones for sofas. They work well for large pieces of furniture that don't have small legs.

This 2 1/2" x 9" glide is ideal for furniture with a long floor/carpet length. I was able to fit a slide under each of the main wooden legs of my 240 lb queen platform bed and was then able to move the bed around fairly easily so I could position it properly in the bedroom. Very useful when you need to move a piece of furniture to rearrange it or to move around. I highly recommend it.

We've used these movers to move furniture onto both hardwood and lacquered linoleum floors and they work great. There are also a few spots where we used them all the time, like leveling devices, with some furniture's legs on the floor and others on the carpet. So far, so good. I would definitely buy them again and can recommend them unreservedly. By the way, we had several types of sliders on hand, and these are the ones that everyone used every time. Simply the best.

I have a heavy rocking chair that I like to place either by the TV or the rest of the living room. We also have some lovely plush rugs and the chair legs have sunk so low you almost have to lift them to move them. After placing the glides under the chair legs, moving the chair was about 90% easier than before. I would give them five stars but the chair would slide off them at times. Excellent product. Makes it easy to move heavy furniture over wood without scratching the floor. We intend to leave the product in place for easier cleaning etc in the future. My only reason not giving it a 5 star rating is that it lacks variety in brown on brown or black on black sliders. Not sure what you think about the slider on the other half being partly brown and beige. At the end we painted the beige part with a marker so that it doesn't stand out so much on the furniture.
