I mean no fancy lights no music just a joy to install. And they're nice and sturdy, holding the hood up like they should. The head no longer turns.

The parts pictured on Revain were exactly what I needed but the parts received had a different end and will not work with a 2003 Honda Accord. Returns and refunds have been very easy. The parts received seemed to be of very good quality but were not suitable for my application.

Perfect fit and very easy to fit with the right tools (socket or impact tool). Didn't rush the first one. Removing and installing the second one took no more than 5 minutes (literally). A force was enough to hold the hood alone. Highly recommended.

These shocks were easy to replace on my Accord. I just watched a few YouTube videos to see if there were any good tips before I started. They also appear to be constructed differently than the original factory part. The shank exits the opposite end of the shank but works well.

I'm not a mechanic. I'm just a guy living off a steady income so I try to fix/maintain my own car as often as possible. Installing these hood stays on my 2006 Honda Accord was almost as easy as replacing the wipers. I used to keep a 4 foot piece of oak in the trunk if I had to hold the hood open. Now I just push the hood latch, slide the lever, and my sixteen year old hood pops up like new. Beautiful design! The engineer has made this product reliable!

Terrible! Only one of the two screw holes on the bracket actually lines up properly, and the other lines up so tightly that it's frustrating. Also, the shaft and cylinder of this strut are the opposite of the original. When the hood is closed, the end near the windshield sticks out a few inches because the cylinders hit something. I ended up going to Car Quest like I really should have to get the right ones. Don't skimp, this is proof you get what you pay for!
