Raised enthusiastic review by casual user

I use this as a craft tool and for small repairs around the house. I've transitioned to this one from a small low heat ad tech model that was around $20 at Walmart. I was amazed how quickly it worked and how many sticks he could swallow and how little rest I had to give my gun. I've only used the gun for about 20 hours in the last few months. I don't know how long it will last or how it will be maintained but so far it's great. I've also avoided burning myself so far, even minimally, but it's…

2 of them died after only 3 weeks

Died after 3 weeks of use in our counter shop. The 90-day guarantee only applies when using Surebonder glue. Glue will never affect the life of the gun. We have 10 hot glue guns in the store that we use every day and none of them broke easily. We've been buying 11lb boxes of glue from the same supplier for years and it hasn't ruined any of our guns so I think it's very petty not to guarantee not using their glue. We actually bought 2 of these at the same time and both left within a week of each

They will throw away your craft gun

This is a very good gun, but big. like twice the size of a craft gun. It has a built-in kickstand and useless nose version that doesn't do anything, and there are no instructions on how to install it. but that is a secondary point. There is a temperature dial on the bottom, I set it to the highest setting but found it didn't heat up faster. and at most it seeps onto the table, that doesn't exist with 350. I like that it has a thermostat. That means the glue is just hot like it should be, not…
