I bought these under the impression they would work the same as a screw-in nut and then found that they can be inserted (and dropped) from the 2020 slot in the front. It takes a while to get used to them, but they work. When you tighten them, they start to rotate and focus in the slot from a vertical position to a horizontal one. I gave this 4 stars because they are reluctant to align. I think a slightly steeper shoulder radius guides the nuts into self-aligning better.

Actually I ordered them by mistake, I don't need slot nuts, just regular slot nuts. But when I got them, I decided to give it a try. Wow, they work great. It is inserted, then when tightening, the nut itself is twisted and everything is fine. I didn't know this option existed. I am very happy with them.
