I love this product because it allows me to send data from my SydaMed PMS to the EMR system. It's very easy to use and has many features including sending patient information directly from the PMS to the EMR without having to go through the provider first. I dislike the fact that sometimes when I try to send a message from SydaMeds PMS it just doesn't work. Other times it does but there are no errors in the log file so I have no idea why. Great product and fantastic customer service

The ability to connect my SydaMed Practice Management system to other applications like ADTECH Health Services or Epic. I love how simple it was for me to learn all of this new technology. There really isn't much else you could ask for! One thing i did not realize when we first started using Syda Link HR 7 was that there were some issues with our old version. We have since upgraded but if your working in an older version then make sure you upgrade. That being said everything has been great so…

Great Ease For Providers And Patients

The ease of use for both our providers and patients. I love that it allows us to pull in all of our data from different locations. This has made it much easier to keep track of patient information. It also makes it easy to share information between providers. There are some things I dislike about this software. I think the font could be larger and more legible. Also, there is not an option to have a separate calendar for each provider. That would be helpful. I like that we can see what labs or…

Great Product That Saves Time and Money

It has been easy to use for my organization's needs in terms of sending patient information back from our system into their own software when using it remotely at home or while traveling outside hospital walls without losing any data along way! Easy way and good customer service when needed

The ability to pull in your data from multiple sources into one system has been very helpful for our organization! It's helped us streamline some processes within my department by having all of this information under one roof. I don't really have any complaints about it yet but if you are looking at different types of platforms then definitely give them a shot because they do offer many options depending on what type of platform you're trying to integrate their software onto.
