Great set if you are interested in electronics.

I chose this when I needed to clean my Macbook Pro and put new thermal paste on the processor. Despite the tools I had, I didn't have the screwdriver that Apple uses. The tips are magnetic, the handle has an adjustable shaft for more length if needed, and there's a flexible shaft mount too. There are even jacks from 2.5mm to 5mm. Brush, ruler, various tools, grounding strap, etc. not counted. I've opened up my Macbook, Gateway FX, Garmin Nuvi at the moment and have never needed anything other…

Essential laptop repair tool

I bought this to use on our laptops after watching a YouTube repair video that recommended magnetic screwdrivers. This bundle is great value for money and gives you everything you need to run on most smartphones, tablets and laptops. The included screwdriver bits give you all the screw head templates you need for repairs. Various tweezers, plastic tools and the like allow you to separate the components without damaging them. I used this to replace a battery that was hidden deep in an ASUS…

An excellent set at a reasonable price

With this set I disassembled a laptop for the second time. For the first time, I made do with the tools I had on hand. This greatly reduced the time required and eliminated the worry of slipping, falling screws, surface scratches, etc. The magnetic screwdriver is very strongly magnetized, which is not always the case. Many of the bits are oriented and labeled to make it easy to find the correct use. The small thin plastic triangles used to disassemble the case look nondescript, but I removed…

Almost all the tools you need

As a systems builder since 1985, I have accumulated a great many precision tools to work with ever smaller electronics. Many of my tools are handcrafted, reprofiled, ground and honed to meet specific needs. Many of them are worn out. This set is a complete update of all the weird, disparate, custom tools I've built or bought for decades, and brings them all together into one coherent, comprehensive set that has both breadth and depth. The quality appears to be very good, although it's too early

What a range of quality tools!

This is an amazing offer. The toolbox is very complete. The basic tools are amazing; The screwdriver is metal and very nice, the handles are rubber and magnetic. 2 straight extensions and one flexible extension, all magnetic. The bits themselves are VERY well eaten, the Torx security holes are dead center and so far all measurements are absolutely correct. There is no visible wear on the bits after use and they all have a very clean, firm grip to hold your screws securely. The case looks like a

It's cheap and appears to be built fairly well.

I got them to do some basic repairs on small electronics like my tablet and my old phone maybe for pc building but I find that you don't normally need these types of assembly tool kit systems . Briefly about myself: I am a CMM layouter with many years of experience in quality assurance in an iron foundry. So I have quite a bit of experience with metals, hardness testing and gauges. I thought that knowing this might give weight to my findings in the minds of readers. A lot of times you see…
