I like how easy it is to use; there are many ways of accomplishing different tasks within this program which makes getting used easier for anyone new at using an electronic quoting system! It's not intuitive when first starting out but once they get familiar with your way around their questions will be answered very quickly (or if need by someone else). The ease of use for anyone who has no experience in this type business is amazing!
