good item. for nuts

My seat on my Gravely got wet, the plywood fell apart and I need to repair my seat. They worked great, but like redoing work done in a factory, you run into some issues that you need to overcome. When I assembled the T-Nuts they weren't as long as the originals which meant I needed a new bolt as the old ones were too short. But after the job was done, the seat was better than new.

Pros
  • use on sheet metal and wood; Available for home appliances, office equipment, toys, electrical appliances, furniture, etc.
Cons
  • Some small items

High-quality equipment

These t-nuts are good quality and sturdy, not the lightweight t-nuts I'm used to. So far I've used them to attach the legs to the torso and they've worked great. I screwed the legs very tight, the nut didn't slip and the thread didn't break. The only minor issue I had was that the plastic box they came in was damaged and warped, the lid was warped and all the nuts were mixed in the box. It's pretty flimsy, but I keep my gear in drawers so it ended up in the trash anyway.

Pros
  • Packing unit: 50 pieces 1/4"-20 x 5/16", 25 pieces 5/16" - 18 x 5/16", 25 pieces 3/8" -16 x 7/16"
Cons
  • other choices

Good Quality Hardware

These are good quality T-Nuts and are sturdy, not the lightweight T-Nuts I'm used to. So far I've used them to attach the legs to the torso and they've worked great. I screwed the legs very tight, the nut didn't slip and the thread didn't break. The only minor issue I had was that the plastic case they came in was damaged and deformed, the lid was deformed and all the nuts in the packaging were mixed up. It's pretty flimsy, but I keep my gear in drawers so it ended up in the trash anyway.
