Lift gates PT 2004 Spare parts

We have purchased a spare part for our PT Cruiser 2004. The goods came very quickly by mail, the exchange took no more than 15 minutes. Now the tailgate opens and holds as it should.

Pros
  • Sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • Without performance

Works great easy to install

Works great very easy to install. It took about 13 minutes to remove the old kit and put the new one in. This can be done by one person, just having a board or 2x4 to keep the trunk open.

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
Cons
  • Disappears

Fantastic product, you should buy it

I can't tell you how easy the installation was. Go to YouTube and see how to install it, then do it yourself. Very easy, it was perfect, and oh my god I feel so safe now because the barrel isn't falling on my head and I am will kill. Recommend it to anyone if you have a 2004 PT Cruiser.

Pros
  • Quick change
Cons
  • Almost never

To install these pillars and in my case (don't know about other cars) you will need a T-40 size Torx bit to remove the old ones. I think if you're strong enough you can use a screwdriver for this job, but a small ratchet which I used will make the job easier. If you're buying these for a PT you'll need some sort of support to hold the sunroof while you remove the old ones and install the new ones. I used a 7' x 2' x 1' piece of wood wedged between the floor and the metal around the edge of the…

Pros
  • . Well built
Cons
  • No
