A valuable purchase, some advantages!

lathers great, the bokeh is quite nice, not the same as on my fix, but for zoom it's very cool. It focuses quickly, but not always where it is needed, so from time to time I had to move a little to catch a twig / bump in the foreground. A very tight zoom ring is both good and bad at the same time. Well, because it will not spontaneously leave (as on Canon) and is securely fixed at the required focal length. Bad for video, because you can forget about smooth zoom in the process of shooting…

Pros
  • price, aperture, sharpness, speed, assembly, at the wide end you can even shoot a little in macro)
Cons
  • tight zoom ring does not lather as well as fixes (but this is more of a nitpick) a little dull in dark rooms there are certain distortions, but this is not critical and is corrected in post-processing

Nice price, good quality.

I chose one of 3, in different stores. Sharpness at the edges was fundamental, not all of them were the same. Constructive. I realized that a lens with such characteristics for its price would not be ideal, so I was ready for shortcomings. The trunk takes dust inside, so be careful in dusty conditions, it has gained decently in 2 years. The rubber band of the zoom ring loses its shape, either collect it yourself with acetone, or negotiate with the service center to replace / send a new one…

Pros
  • A good universal lens, has no analogues for its budget. bokeh medium, the contrast is not critically lower than that of the premium series (L, G). Light, sharp, fast autofocus.
Cons
  • In some places constructive: The trunk pulls dust The rubber band of the zoom ring loses its shape

I am delighted, the product is really worthy.

Camera a7m3 For amateur shooting in everyday life, the bokeh is worse compared to the fix, Successfully "passed tests" in the extremely humid climate of Africa, in fact, at the equator, who need a good inexpensive and light (which is especially important when traveling) + 28-75 bundle from travels.

An excellent lens for the money, III in 4k, please: v=_rY_IFotXCs&feature= Some pros: The sharpness is phenomenal, better at a similar price zeiss 55, least I took it off in the rain, it works) Cons: shooting Sony 6400 and A7 III, the latter has its own stub, it works perfectly, but in 6400 it’s not there, I can’t shoot video from my hands ( there is no autofocus /

Excellent quality, absolutely not expected for such a price.

there are generally no alternatives (if you are not a millionaire) At one time, I was tormented by endlessly rearranging fixes and ND filters in the process of filming on my crop, so with this zoom, on which I screwed a variable freewheeling ND,

Pros
  • I didn’t have a chance to compare it with Zeiss and GM, so I won’t even try to be clever.
Cons
  • Lack of optical stabilization.

It was a reasonable purchase, will order more.

I am an amateur photographer who has become spoiled by Sigma Art primes. As a general rule, I avoid shooting with zoom lenses whenever possible. After reading the reviews and looking at the pictures, I decided to put this model through its paces. What can I say? There is a possibility that some people will mount this lens permanently on a Sony A7 III camera or a camera that is quite comparable to it. In particular, these individuals are those who choose solutions that are "all-in-one," as well…

Pros
  • It has maybe the ideal proportions of size, weight, field of view, and aperture. It has a lovely feel in your hands, is simple to zoom, and operates smoothly. It is sharp (even very for a rapid zoom in this budget bracket), it does a good job of maintaining backlight, and it provides a pleasant picture overall. Although it does not have a macro mode, the focus is quite near throughout the entire FR range. The focus is quick, but not particularly athletic; the new Sony lenses are far quicker. Because it is not parfocal, you will need to refocus the camera each time you want to zoom in while keeping the focus on the subject.
Cons
  • It isn't until f/8 that it gets truly crisp, and wide open at 75mm, it's a letdown in terms of sharpness. Frequently generates unpleasant non-uniform bokeh. In theory, the layout of blurry zones may be improved across the board with different aperture settings. It is obvious that these are the constraints imposed by a compact design; nonetheless, when fixes are applied, the picture may not even stand next to it. Because the subject's clarity and contrast are so low and the bokeh is so vivid, it can be difficult to distinguish the subject from the background when using a lens with a focal length of 75 millimeters and a maximum aperture of 2.8. When stopped down to f/2.8, the same Sigma Art 85mm F1.4 lens produces washes of much higher quality and provides a greater sense of visual volume.

The product can be used, I expected a little more.

Whenever this lens is attached to the Sony ILCE-7RM2 camera, the device stalls for around 45 seconds approximately every 500 frames, which is a highly frustrating occurrence while shooting. The lens has the most recent firmware version, which is v.3, and the camera also has the most recent firmware version, which is v.4.01. I took it to the Tamron service facility, where some friendly employees attempted to assist me and even replaced the motherboard in the lens; nevertheless, this did not…

Pros
  • In comparison to the Sony FE 24-70mm f/2.8 GM, this lens is sharp even at the wider aperture of 2.8 and displays the capabilities of a 42-megapixel matrix. Affordable in comparison to the Sony FE 24-70mm f/2.8 GM lens
Cons
  • Weak compatibility with the Sony ILCE-7RM2 camera; when used in conjunction with this lens, the device frequently becomes unresponsive. Identifiable plastic carrying case

Excellent quality, absolutely not expected for such a price.

I have been using for about a year at this point. Excitement, particularly after having been familiar with the results of other systems. Since 2022, I have been interested in photography. At various points in my life, I have used the Kenon, Nikon, Pentax, and Fuji systems, but I have never had access to such glass. There is not a single element that is out of place in it. I also have two other fixes, but if you need everything in one and are going somewhere that requires you to not think about…

Pros
  • The price, the sharpness, the focus, the picture, the bokeh (as for zoom), and the aperture.
Cons
  • The housing is made of plastic, which is not ideal for usage in demanding professional settings (frost, rain, sand, etc.)

Nothing special, there are positive and negative sides.

In a general sense, the lens is intended for regular folks. Or for weddings done in a pop manner, which, as you are aware, are the work of unsuccessful photographers who have repeated themselves by following a well-worn path. They will value this lens + due to the fact that it is offered at a price that is more or less appealing. The lens is not even close to being comparable to the same Minolta in terms of the quality of the construction and, more crucially, the design. Due to the fact that…

Pros
  • Work that is stable and has good "grip"
Cons
  • Unimpressive drawing with a blotchy, rippling "bokeh." It is imperative that anyone interested in acquiring this lens read the cautionary note that may be found below.

In general, everything is not bad, but I expected more.

Nevertheless, you need to have an understanding of what the lens is going to be used for, and if you're going to be using it for work, you should probably look into alternative options. In addition, it is a wonderful choice for those interested in amateur photography. With all of its perks. I've been using it for more than a year, and I find that both the price and the picture quality are appropriate. There is no question that weight plays a part. They write a lot about the benefits, therefore…

Not particularly happy with it, but it's mostly okay.

Utilized in conjunction with the Sony A7m3. Autofocus is a complete failure. Someone is going to tell you that you have to update the firmware. Nevertheless, I purchased it with the most recent version; therefore, I can't even begin to comprehend how the focus operated in the older version. He is very terrible. Yeah, as long as you are only shooting a casual reportage or even a video there, everything will be fine. But, if there are things in the picture that are rapidly approaching one…

Pros
  • Price. Picture. The weight.
Cons
  • Plastic, Focal, and Autofocus come to mind.

I was surprised by the quality for this price.

Excellent lens. Especially when taking portraits. No zoom while shooting With its pros. In general, the famous manufacturer, Japanese, is a fat plus for him. The image does not twitch when you zoom, everything goes smoothly, this is a plus when you shoot a video. The body material is pleasant to the touch. Has some cons The zoom is too tight. This does not work smoothly. Because it takes effort to zoom. In the advantages it is written that it does not twitch, which means that it works stably…

Not perfect quality, there is a small defect.

Still, you need to understand for what purposes the lens, and perhaps for work it is worth considering other options. And for amateur photography is a great option. With its pros. I have been using it for more than a year, the price, the quality of the picture suits. Weight definitely plays a role. They write a lot of pluses, I will write about the minuses. With its cons. A month later, a large piece of dirt appeared under the front lens, more than 3 mm, the issue is being resolved by sending…
