Photo must be of a child

If you hit harder than the average 8 year old, the balloon will burst. Also, the base moves even when filled with water. It would be great for a child but not for the frailest of adults.

Certainly not pro level

My son has been using a punching bag for a few weeks and it has already fallen apart. It is completely sealed with tape. In fairness, I note that he uses it daily for intense workouts. Delivery was quick. no problem

It works perfectly; I am a beginner and use it for upper arm exercises.

I had it before from another company and had to throw it away after a few rounds; However, this one works great! Just in case, I glued the screws with Gorilla Glue. It required a sandbag weighing between 1 and 50 pounds to fill, which they sell at a home camp. I am happy about my purchase!

Best not to buy from punching bags

The metal post where you make the connection to raise or lower the sack doesn't have a hole in the metal so I had to find someone who could drill a hole in the metal , without damaging the integrity of the rack just so I can raise and lower the bag properly. The metal bar had rivets where holes should have been punched, but for some reason they were not punched during the making of the item.

Don't buy junk like me

Nothing will stop it from flying away because they expect you to turn a screw in a jagged steel post. I hit him with 30% force, he flew out and smashed the trunk of the car. Update: after 3 days the spring broke completely. This is the worst reflective bag I've ever seen. If you are looking for a bag for your 6 year old, look elsewhere. it's so weak

PRO MODEL HAS A GREAT BASE BY FILLING WEIGHT. I ONLY TRYED WITH WATER AND WAS HEAVY ENOUGH NOT TO MOVE. I INSTALLED IT ON AN OLD CARPET. EVERYTHING IS STRONG. THE TWO TOP BOLTS AND LOCKNUTS MUST BE TIGHTENED WELL OR THE BAG WILL NOT STAY. THE COIL MAY DETACH FROM THE COIL SPRING IF NOT TIGHTENED ENOUGH. I WILL TRY A SMALL SILICONE FILLER AND LET IT CURING. GOOD RETURN.

Absolute rubbish. Best in Speedbags

Don't waste your time on this. Got 1.5 good entry level sessions. Broke in the middle of the third session. To be honest if you're short on cash just buy a famous brand or bang on the mattress it's bullshit. The puff button broke and stopped tightening the top bar, the ball keeps unscrewing, the gloves like to shift the padding over the fingers and leave the knuckles covered in plastic/faux leather when you smack the sharp cap under the ball, and it is all cheap quality about it. I wouldโ€ฆ

Pros + good speedbag size + height adjustment Cons - missing parts from box - will not withstand heavy impact - gloves not even suitable for a child. Once you know what a professional boxing glove is, these gloves don't fit. The glue that held the needle pump in place fell off. So I had to use my own pump. Conclusion * I took a bucket, filled it with cement and drilled a 1 inch diameter hole to put the rod in. Then I decided it still wasn't heavy enough not to tip over. Finally I put the bucket
