My husband absolutely loves this vest. We live in Arizona and he rides his motorcycle hundreds of miles a week to work. Summer can be exhausting. This vest makes it much better for him. He soaks it in water and wears it under his riding jacket. His riding jacket is ventilated allowing air to flow over this vest providing air/water cooling. He says this vest changed everything.

Yesterday I soaked it in water for the specified time, squeezed out just enough water so it didn't drip like crazy when I put it on, and then went for a walk.
