Efficient communication with staff and patients

I like that it allows us to be able to communicate in real time between departments, especially within our medical team. We are still trying out some features but overall we have been very pleased so far. It can seem slow at times when there isn't much going through; however this does not happen too often! Also sometimes you might miss something during one session if you don't check back after awhile. This software has helped greatly by providing easy access to any questions or concerns while…

Telmediq - Great solution for telemetry

It just works and is easy to use. The system is robust and has the ability to perform many functions. It is easy to use and it is easy to add new features. It is easy to use in the hospital setting and has the ability to communicate with multiple providers and other parties involved in a patient's care. It is very user friendly. I have not found any issues. It has been a great tool to help us communicate and also to provide access to patient information. It has been great to be able to provide

  • Everything about this software seems well thought out, from its ease at navigating through different pages for various tasks/functions assigned within your workflows (eMR), etc.., downright simple interface & design which allows you quick navigation..
Cons
  • Nothing really comes to mind besides maybe more options available when adding notes or reports during ePM processes

So far perfect app for what i need and exactly something different

I like that it has all my contacts in one place so there are no more calls back from people who were not even involved when we had our last conversation! It also makes scheduling appointments easier because you can see everyone at once instead just calling them individually or waiting until they call me about their availability which takes forever sometimes especially if someone isn't available right away!! Sometimes some things do take longer than expected but thats why its always better…

  • Easy to use & navigate around app (I have access with both phone numbers)
  • Very easy for coworkers/friends, family members etc..to schedule an appointment too

Excellent patient experience management system

I love that it has helped us improve our response time which helps in keeping patients calm when they are waiting or having their procedure done. It also makes sure everything from scheduling appointments all way through discharge planning flows seamlessly into one application! There isn't anything i dislike about this software other than maybe how easy access can be sometimes depending where you work at there might not always have an internet connection available but if so just download chrome

  • Reliable system with little downtime (at least compared w/other applications)
