Does exactly what it says.

Works with popsicle or bath oil even when the oil is cold. Pull the knife and it will create tiny squiggles that spread slightly

Butter Knife Really Works

I tried it on a stick of cold butter and it worked beautifully. I put butter on a slice of bread and it didn't rip to shreds. I didn't even know such a kitchen appliance existed. I'm glad I found it.

No better than a regular knife in cold butter.

Only the hole at the end works for cold oil. Along the edge with holes, the oil will not move, much less coagulate, unless it is at room temperature. So for cold oil it's useless, but if your oil is warm you get nice curls that spread smoothly. Wouldn't recommend it.

Doesn't do what he says.

I got this butter knife because I often forgot to take the butter out of the fridge for dinner when we ate bread or fried potatoes. I figured this would save me from microwaving it for 15 seconds. I've tried it and the integer side doesn't do anything at all. The ribbed side does a believable job, but you can't get too much oil at once. I was impressed with the knife's weight and durability. I was afraid it would be very thin, but it isn't. I am not happy with this knife as it did not solve the

Works kinda good for knife

This product doesn't work as well as the advert that led me to order it. First, there is a wrong way to use it that doesn't work at all. Since there were no instructions, I naturally abused it because it seemed more intuitive. You need to use it at a slight angle with small holes on the back end as I found looking through the video. Even back then, with ice-cold butter, it wasn't easy. And cutting the cold butter into threads just made it a little easier to spread on my toast. I blew my toastโ€ฆ

Did the dining and entertaining job

I got this for my morning bagel as the butter is always cold and hard. I use the larger hole at the end of the knife. It makes a nice long stick of butter that's perfect for half my bagel. By the time I've put a strip of butter on each side of the bagel, it's softened or melted enough that I can spread it on top. Spreading the oil doesn't really help much, but unless it actually heats the oil I don't think anything else would work better.
