Best Customer Support and Great Product

The best part of think help desk, it's easy to use as well have great customer support from team members who are always willing & ready with solutions if required by customers or users! Nothing at this point I can say dislike about THTD but yes there could be some improvement like more features added so that user friendly experience would definitely improve!! We were looking out product which was very simple yet powerful tool when compared other products available over market place etc., we…

Great Tool for Troubleshooting Business Process Flows

I like that it has many different features, but also allows customization to suit your needs as well! It's not very user friendly at times (esp if you are new), so be prepared with time spent learning how best use this tool before jumping right into using everything offered by think help desk!! We have been able solve ticket issues related specifically business process flow changes quickly without having our support team spend valuable resources solving problems or assisting users who do need…
