Great Tool for Troubleshooting Business Process Flows

I like that it has many different features, but also allows customization to suit your needs as well! It's not very user friendly at times (esp if you are new), so be prepared with time spent learning how best use this tool before jumping right into using everything offered by think help desk!! We have been able solve ticket issues related specifically business process flow changes quickly without having our support team spend valuable resources solving problems or assisting users who do need assistance from them via email/chat etc..

This helps keep tickets low which reduces costs associated wth those requests while maintaining customer satisfaction levels high because we can respond faster than ever when needed. The benefits of being more efficient overall especially where cost savings come about through reduced request volume would likely outweigh any initial training required since most everyone already knows their way around computers anyway :) Have had no complaints thus far other then perhaps some minor bugs here & there along.
