Best Customer Support and Great Product

The best part of think help desk, it's easy to use as well have great customer support from team members who are always willing & ready with solutions if required by customers or users! Nothing at this point I can say dislike about THTD but yes there could be some improvement like more features added so that user friendly experience would definitely improve!! We were looking out product which was very simple yet powerful tool when compared other products available over market place etc., we found nothing specific dislikes except pricing factor since its free version comes along only limited number options (features) provided however still better than others i guess.

Good option while starting up small business where you don't want any extra cost involved otherwise go ahead try once first because initially may feel bit difficult/confusing due too less feature set offered within FREE VERSION BUT after few days will get used into system easily. ! Easy integration using API service providers.
