Five years old and like new.

I was surprised to read other reviews for this product. I bought this item in 2015 and have used it almost every day. Aside from normal use, I rely on this strap to secure my guns at the shooting range, hold my phone while training, and hold a variety of items while boating, camping, or camping. I've never had any problems with it. The track is thick and still remains stiff. The buckle never came loose on its own. The band edge is still sealed with no signs of wear. Commenting on the 2015…

The perfect belt. on belt

If this is the type of belt you want I think it's perfect. It's durable and feels extremely durable despite being thinner and lighter, making it easy to use and carry. It looks good, its width is narrow enough to easily fit in a belt loop of almost any width, and the buckle is easy to use and holds tight (just lift the left end with the buckle 90 degrees - it can get stuck stay). something on first opening). In addition a very good price. Just a few comments: (1) The color in the picture of the

Not at all like before. How sad.

I bought four of these belts in 2014. The material was military strong, the buckles are very secure, and even with my bulging waist, they did their job. I broke my khaki buckle through my own fault and ordered a replacement two weeks ago. OMG what a difference of three years. If you take one of my original straps and try to fold it edge to edge you will find a lot of resistance. New? Rolled up like a Christmas ribbon! The new one isn't even half thinner than the original, it's much darker than…

Not as good as the Bison Designs prototype.

This belt is a replica of the Bison Designs 30mm T-Lock belt. The clasp is identical. On the other hand, the straps next to the belt loops are much more flexible and twist quickly. For that reason alone I would avoid this belt and prefer the Bison Designs belt. About the buckle. The only complaint about this buckle design, whether on this belt or the original Bison Designs belt, is that it will inevitably break. The most common failure mode I've found is when someone steps on the buckle while…

The webbing material is too thin and narrow

I was looking for a replacement for my leather straps that would allow for a better fit, but the webbing on this strap was too thin (about 0.09 inch) and too narrow (1- 1/ 4 inch)). The thinness of the material meant it wrinkled and bunched in the back instead of lying flat. The locking mechanism worked well, but it's plastic and I was wondering how long it would last. I ended up replacing it with a heavier woven belt (1-1/2" wide x .12" thick) with a metal buckle that was more like a leather…

Top notch harness for everyday use, a MUST when traveling

This is my second TB hiking harness and replacing the first one which I broke the buckle (I accidentally stepped on it when it came undone and clasp broken). I've had the belt for several years. It was originally only intended for occasional use when traveling or with casual wear. It eventually became a casual wear because it's so adjustable and comfortable. When traveling, this thing was the key! All those damn metal detectors telling us to take off our clothes is such a headache, and with…
