The ability to move the mounts under the load!

We have used many types of mounting brackets in our phono stand systems and this one is the easiest to use and move depending on the load. We use it for different size kayaks. Fast shipping too!

Bought for Yakima Jetstream. yes they work

bought without knowing if they work. I have a Yakima Jetstream and unfortunately they don't stop charging so I decided to give them a try. Everyone wants to know, yes they work with Yakima Jetstream.

Pros
  • practical thing
Cons
  • not everything fits

Not the same as the old Trac Rac products.

So Thule bought the Trac Rac product line. Unfortunately, although it looks and works the same, the quality has suffered greatly. It's not the super powerful system it used to be. As an example, compare one of these load limiters to motion limiters. It also won't work on your old system, so be careful.

Pros
  • Best in Niche
Cons
  • Nothing

Very disappointed

This product DOES NOT MATCH the TRAC RAC product I bought from Revain. I spent another. $9 from Lowe for a grinder head for customizing parts. It doesn't fit very well, I would like to send everything back. This happened after my original Trac Rac order was lost which resulted in the item being delivered a few days later than promised. I'm not sure if I'm buying from the right place.

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

not suitable! the best in car shelving, transportation and storage

I bought these and bought rails for my new Santa Fe (2019 new style) from REI! splints and everything worked great. I put them on and for some reason they don't cut properly as the rails that fit the tracks are not made properly and are too big. Tried filing the track a bit and started to fit but too much work I gave up and the rack and road felt weird because good.

Pros
  • price
Cons
  • reliability

Thought they were compatible with TracOne. No

I thought they would be compatible with the TracOne stand but they are not. At least not straight out of the box. The solid metal tab and bold "T" on the handle that are meant to slide on the rail are about 1/8 inch wider. I don't understand why Thule builds systems where parts are not interchangeable. It doesn't make much sense to me, but I'm just a customer. I have a grinder.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Upgradeable

Reduces usable width of shelving system

I only gave it three stars because I'm sure it will work well in some applications. I need load limiters to keep attachments UNDER the load. Each of these load limiters reduces the usable width of the crossbar by about 4 inches and they cannot be installed on the extreme ends of my bars. The Osprey and Thule cargo restraints don't even come close to fitting the 27 inch gunwale width of my Bell NW Solo's gunwale.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Can't remember what it was

Doesn't fit Thule Wingbar Evo

I gave them one star just because I like them but they do NOT fit my Thule Wingbar Evo. I contacted Thule customer support first and they said they were compatible. After submitting a ticket to Thule support they said the support rep mispronounced it and apologized for it. HOWEVER, they said they are developing versions to match the Wingbar Evo and should arrive sometime in 2020. I'm looking forward to it as I want to keep two pairs of these great items in the tool tray on the floor of the Golf

Does not fit TracONE 800lb Universal Cargo Rack

I ordered a shelf from Home Depot and that may have been the problem. Searching for a rack on Revain will bring up a rack with these stops. The Home Depot image shows loop ties. I ordered them anyway despite reading some reviews that they don't fit. Well they don't. The rails on the fence are too thick and wide to fit in the slot on the rail. Luckily I'm used to customizing things. And that's exactly what I did. Now they fit and I repainted them after sanding and trimming. Doesn't look too badโ€ฆ

Pros
  • good stuff
Cons
  • The list is getting long.
