Not bad for the price.

Definitely affects driveability. When you hit bumps empty, you can sometimes feel them. When loaded, they make driving difficult. Only moderately helps to keep the truck level. Bought mostly to help with my 2017 Camper 2500 Silverado Truck.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Minor issues

Works perfectly! Ease of installation.

I love the Timbren system. I use the GMRTT35D because I have a CNG truck with a large contractor cover full of tools. With the added weight of my gas bottle and everything in my canopy, it's still a bit stiff, but I don't mind. When I hitch my 11,000-pound 40-foot camper to it, I don't have the tight squat that I'm used to. This makes your truck move harder when empty, but most don't buy solid trucks because of the smooth ride.

Don't let Aggie design your trailer

When a civil engineer designs the weight distribution of a gooseneck trailer, suspension modifications are required. Before that, I had been beaten to death by trailers for improper weight distribution. After they are installed - the ride is acceptable! Installation Note - Use a small amount of Dawn dish soap to lubricate the top ring before installing it into the fender mount. It slides easier and holds up better after the dawn dries. The grease should wear off over time.

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

Timbren Rubber Bumper Stop

I rated them a 5 for a number of reasons: First, they are easy to install and it took me longer to figure out how to install them and then do the installation myself. There are no bolts holding them in place, just the friction of the fit itself. They worked exactly as advertised when loading my truck. If I had one complaint to complain about, I wish they were about a half inch shorter overall so they don't go down as quickly. But again, as far as options go, the only other option was to install

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • Safety

Easy to install, no maintenance, best suspension and perfect ride height.

I came across these as an alternative to airbags. I really wanted something easier to maintain and install. Airbags seem to be an ongoing requirement as they must always contain air. So you really need an onboard compressor, which is even more of a hassle. After reviewing them, I found that Timbren recommends this heavy-duty version for the slip campers I own. On my 2018 Silverado 3500HD, I just popped the flathead into the slots in the stock bumper, gave it a little nudge, and it popped right…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Worth every penny! Air Suspension Kits

2017 Silverado 3500 Dual Diesel Crew Cab with 9ft Royal High Service body. I weigh 12,800 pounds full time and never offload my gear. Even with factory front and rear anti-roll bars the truck leans a lot in corners, especially at low speeds, adding a few bumps or dips to the road when entering or exiting a parking lot or driveway, and the truck pitches and bounces all the time Path. Place. My rear leaf springs were almost flat and my factory bumpers were only 1.5 inches from the axle. After…
