Same or better than OEM

Timken SP450301 Very strong axle box and hub assembly, breakage sensor electrical connector matches clips perfectly, assembly itself is high quality I think it is better than the OEM product. Installation was pretty easy, just tighten to factory specs. I swapped out both sides and it made a huge difference in ride and performance.

Flashing ABS light fixed!

Modified to a 2004 Chevy Silverado and couldn't be happier. The hubs are assembled in the USA and you can tell that they are of very good quality. The absolute pressure sensors also look identical to the AcDelco OEM sensors. Would definitely buy a Timken hub again if I needed it for another car. Thanks to Revain I was able to get same day delivery at a very low price.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Buy in pairs!: Spare parts

I was skeptical at first. After installation, the noise stopped. After a few kilometers the same noise again. In summary, I thought the new bearing had already failed. Not so, the other bearing is defective. After speaking to certified mechanics, I found out what could be happening. Especially after just driving 5,000 miles cross country in a 15 year old car. Machine finishing, light protective oil coating, packaging, fit and so far the service life is excellent. The delivery was slow, probably

Fits 2001 Silverado Reg Cab 4WD pickup

I ordered this for a 2001 Silverado Reg Cab 2WD pickup. There is a constant clicking noise while driving. I booted the truck, put my hands on 12 and 6 and the wheel had 1 to 2 inches of play so it was definitely a bad wheel bearing. I ordered a new one from Amazon on Tuesday, they said it would be on Friday. Arrived next Monday. The biggest problem with the installation was removing the old bearing. The new one went in with no problems. The truck sounds and drives much better. Including only…

Quality part made in USA

Same as the original hubs (I believe Timken makes OEM hubs for my '99 Silverado 1500) which lasted 175,000 miles. One of my originals lost an internal gasket and started making noise after very heavy rains (although I'm not sure if this is due to water/dirt getting into the original or just coincidence after many miles). I swapped both out even though it sounded bad from the driver's side. It's easy to replace. My truck sounds quieter than before; even quieter than the later edition, so maybe…

Repair hub avalanche assembly! Aha!

I was having a grinding noise from my right front hub on my 2003 Chevy Avalanche 1500 and after searching the Chevy forums online I was convinced it was the front hub. The forum even gave a link to Revain ([.]) and the part and price I can buy. I chose the Timken hub design because I've used Timken wheel bearings before and it's a great name for bearings and the price was great. Revain offers other manufacturers and prices to choose from. I bought it online from Revain and it arrived in a few…
