One Squeeze Cutting

My benchmark for knives is a standard metal coat hanger. With regular scissors, I always had to squeeze, twist, squeeze, twist and end up bending back and forth to break them. With the Titan Cutter, I just press and that's it. It came with a sticky label attached to a rubberized grip that left a sticky stain, but a little dirt along the way will cover it up.

Pros
  • Multiple Competitors
Cons
  • Damaged

Worst pliers I've ever bought. Got rid of them immediately.

These are the worst pliers I have ever bought. At first they were covered with grease and dirt. I suspect they were used before they were sent to me. Second, the latch is not aligned with the stand and cannot be closed with one hand. The cut edges are not completely closed either. It was necessary to buy a recognizable, well-known brand and not try a non-brand just because Revain recommends it.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • A lot

Titan Tools 11412 7-1/2 " compound wire cutter

Appears to be well made but has many flaws. I have not noticed greater ease in cutting a variety of wires. The hole is very small - RG6 coaxial cable doesn't fit at all, plus a huge handle hole and - if you're not a giant, the cut-out hole gets even smaller Attached photos: 1) Dimensions of the hole 2) Comparison with standard scissors, forearm spring and HD-Schneider handles lined up on the left Titanium - large black lever.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • modernity

Installer's delight!

With my bare hands and a few of these beauties, I can create monumental wire sculptures of life-size bears, horses, giraffes and dinosaurs. The ratchet allows you to cut heavy wire and metal rod (16ga zinc plated steel, 1/8" aluminum rod) even with small hands like me. Although inexpensive, these compound wire cutters are pretty durable. I use them all the time to get my last pair to wear and I'm so glad the same model is still available.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Fits

These are the best wire cutters I have ever had. As everyone else has said (and convinced me the first time around), the leverage is fantastic. Now for the weak grips, which some have complained about. I now have a few trusty Irwin wire cutters and I'm tired of feeling like I'm using an ironstone every time I use them. They open and close terribly and weigh my toolbox down. I agree every day with slightly weak hands. Also parts of the rubber cover fell off shortly after receiving it but Iโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Updates

I regret the purchase. I wanted a spring loaded side pliers and based on the reviews I decided on these. First, when they're unlocked, the grip stretches out so much that it's difficult for me to even grab a hold of them. So if I lift them up and down a few times I have to struggle to keep holding them. I'm a woman, but I don't have delicate hands, I usually wear medium-sized men's gloves. by themselves or prevent me from closing them to cut them while using them which is annoyingโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Sturdy workmanship
Cons
  • Compatibility
