When pouring coffee from the coffee pot, it always comes out of the spout. The shape of the spout should be deeper to avoid splashing. I always have to pour coffee over the sink. Apart from this problem, it works. I would definitely not buy this again.

Junk. Spend the extra money and buy a bun or you'll be buying another coffee maker in less than a year. I can't find a website for this brand and for good reason they don't want any feedback because the product they put out is complete rubbish and nothing to be proud of

When I make coffee in the morning I use a 4 cup paper filter with 2 tablespoons of coffee. I pour water up to the 4 cup mark. I have no idea why 2 coffees equals 4 on the scale. During the day I can also prepare tea with a tea bag instead of coffee and filters. I usually fill up to the 3 cup mark for about 1 1/2 cups.
