This GPS is a nightmare. I was trying to upgrade my old 1400 volume because it was getting slow. This GPS starts up quickly and has a good screen, but that's about it! UPDATE: I received an email from support about 2 weeks after I sent it and after I returned the product giving me a one time map available provided download.
