I love it and so does my outdoor cat. It has multiple heating modes and multiple timer settings. My cat likes to snuggle up in it to keep warm. Waterproof so I'm not worried about moisture. I keep it on the porch where it doesn't rain but is still damp. Perfect again.

This was incorrectly advertised with an "always on" setting. I bought it because I needed it to keep outdoor cats all winter. The maximum switch-on time is 24 hours, after which it must be reset. If you want it indoors where you turn it on for a while and then you don't need it, this is a good heating pad. But it is not suitable for the purpose for which I bought it. i will return it

The pad and controller feel good, the cable feels chew-resistant, and the case is soft and comfortable for dogs, albeit thin. Its size is probably best for small to medium sized dogs. Doesn't get hot like a human heating pad. I think it shouldn't be for animals. It's about as warm as if a cat had lain on a fluffy object for an hour. I always thought it would be warmer because my cat sits in front of the heater as long as I leave it on. Quality made, soft, the cord is well protected.
