Not as good as the regular RideCase

I had an iPhone 6 case that fit my iPhone 8 well (the camera hole was not there but it worked great for driving). Omni is a different animal. It's a stretchy silicone that's difficult to fit properly on the iPhone 12 and the stretchy part makes it VERY difficult to fit onto the holder. So far so good, but I'll look into another option soon.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Clarity

Straps cover the touchscreen

I use this with my iPhone XR. While it holds a large phone perfectly, the bottom strap covers/interferes with the underside of the touchscreen. On newer iPhones, you need to swipe up to close apps and/or switch between apps. I've learned how to set up my music and bike apps before a ride and leave them alone until the ride is over. It's difficult to stop and read email/text messages without accidentally closing the bike app and resetting your ride information. It's just kind of frustrating.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • unreliable

Works great, too expensive

I have an iPhone 8 with a case. If I had an X or 11 I don't think it would work as well as the silicone straps seem to be pretty maxed out. 30€ is too expensive. However, it is well constructed and stays on my stem for hard mountain biking. I have a 60mm stem and it fits just fine, 50 might be tight. Velcro is strong and it is the right way to create a product that should be suitable for all types of platforms. I have doubts about durability, at $15 I don't care but at $30 I think it's $2 at…

This is my second and my first worked great but I went with a face once.

I have used it for mountain biking many times, but after a strong impact the phone broke out of the case attached to my bike. Upon closer inspection, the connection is all plastic, and the plastic has literally ripped out of the case, breaking every connection. This is my second and my first worked great but one day I walked with my face on the roof and lost it. Unfortunately you can't just buy the front of it if you already have a mount.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Requires a power outlet

I gave this 1 star because I bought it for my iPhone X from Topeak customer service (I had a 6S with a matching Topeak hard case beforehand and loved it) but it doesn't work for the X. It might be great for other phones but on the X it blocks the FaceID detectors and the bottom rubber band won't let you swipe up to to go to the home screen, which makes it pretty much useless unless you just want to stare at the lock screen while driving. Other phones might get 5 stars but Topeak advised me to…

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Nothing here

Doesn't fit iPhone 11

I've had Topeak ridecases for my iPhones for a long time. But I struggled to find someone to carry it for my iPhone 11 when I recently had to update it. I ended up trying it because it seemed to stretch to fit the phone with its case, which it does but renders the phone unusable. To wake up a fully touch-enabled iPhone, you need to swipe up from the bottom of the screen. The problem is that there is a strap right here that isn't active enough when you start over the strap to wake up. If you…
