They are very efficient. Decent strength, positive and strong interaction when approaching. Installation isn't that difficult if you use double-sided tape to secure it during installation.

Works great for a door that is flush with a built in shelf I built. Only 4 stars because I'm not 100% sure I won't ever need to replace any of the parts. For the price, that won't be a problem.

We live in California, earthquake country where everything is in danger of falling out of the closet. The locks are secure and easy to use once installed. We had the same earthquake locks in our previous home and loved them. We now use them in our new home.

Easy to install and works great. We used to have a push-to-open metal switch, but it was stuck, and the little plastic hook on the door eventually came off the switch. The ball mechanism in this latch seems to work much better and easily disengages when you push it down.

5 Star Fastener 2 Star Price Whoah! I'm so stupid! I paid double what I paid here at Revain. MC-37WHT -> go to Google and don't pay too much for shipping here either. Otherwise these latches are just what I was looking for to keep some cabinets closed (hopefully) in case something starts to wobble here.

Good positive effect. A much easier to use seismic solution for kitchen cabinets than regular child latches and much more effective than magnetic latches. The price is justified as they look well made. You should find the right front-to-back position, and positioning the two pieces relative to each other takes some experience. I ended up making paper templates which made the process of installing 20 latches a lot quicker!
